The unit is responsible for organizing prayer and fasting activities
Ensure that all necessary prayer materials, such as programme of event, prophetic instruction materials etc, are available.
Responsible for intercessory and inquiry and planning all night vigil, special prayer meetings etc
Takes care of the POWER HOUSE and maintain order and who is who in the power house during prayer session

+Home Care Fellowship |
This is typically the ministers responsibility:
Shall be responsible for ensuring that every home fellowship is well equipped with current materials
Coordinate all home cells
Produce progress report for all home fellowship
Organize and design programmes for home activities
Direct and lead members to closest home centre

+Training Squad |
This is typically the ministers responsibility:
Shall be responsible for training programmes
Shall plan and coordinate all training activities within the ministry
Shall ensure that all materials for a specific defined training programme are well formed and available
Manage all training activities – map out strategies for enhancing the training level of the ministry with the word of life

*Choir |
The Choir administers song ministrations in all church meetings and services
As the choir leads the congregation into the high praises of God and ultimately his presence, God himself comes down with his blessings (Psalm 22:3)
We use the instrumentality of music to proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ
Rehearsals hold every Saturday at 13.30hour. |
*Follow-up Unit |
The Follow up team assist the first timers on information about the Church and our meetings, letting them know that they are appreciated and most welcome
To agree with our First Timers in prayers on burning issues of their lives
To counsel and if need be, recommend for further counseling with the Pastor
We also recommend other activities such as Believers Foundation class and Victory Life Training Programmes to further strengthen their faith
Meetings are held every second Saturday of the month at 14.00 hour |
*Hospitality/Welfare |
Gives the warm Victorious welcome to worshippers at entrance/gate
Assists worshippers who may need help to their seats
Work with other service groups to identify those responding to the alter call and direct them to the appropriate service group
Provides adequate Christian cares to worshippers during services and meetings
Manifests the love of Christ to all worshippers
Meetings are held every third Saturday of the month at 14.00 hour |
*Sanctuary Keepers |
Ensure that the main sanctuary, church offices, and the general surrounding of the place of worship are kept clean and orderly at all times
We also ensure that our social facilities (such as toilets, kitchen etc.) are clean, presentable and necessary facilities are available at all times
Arrangement of sanctuary and other areas to meet the needs of our various types of services
Meetings are held once every month depending on the agenda for the month |

Social Welfare

Routine protocol duties within the Church premises during services and meetings
Manning the church entrance, main sanctuary and Pastor’s office
Provision of information and organization of counseling schedules on service days.
Identify visiting ministers, VIPs, church guests, special guests and attending to them appropriately
Compiling and invitation of guests in special programmes
Procurement and processing of travel documents of guests
Transportation and accommodation arrangements for guests
Logistics and formalities during special meetings
Generally responsible for all social activities
Meetings are held every last Saturday of the month at 16.00 hour |
*Security and Car Park |
1. Primary outdoors
Co-ordination and control of car parking within and outside the church premises to ensure conformity with road and traffic regulation
Ensure that members’ parked cars are secure during church services
Ensure safety by observing and controlling traffic so as to enhance the safety of our commuting members
2. Primary indoor
As much as possible, ensure that any compromise of general security and safety of members is swiftly dealt with
Look out for “thieves” within the services
General guard security of offerings in transit from sanctuary to the counting rooms
Meetings are held every last Sunday of the month at 14.00 hour |
*Ushering Department |
1. Objectives
Welcomes worshippers and directs them to their respective seats
Assist in whatever capacity to ensure that they are comfortable and that their needs are met during the service e.g. directions to the toilet, assist nursing mothers etc.
Maintaining order during meetings and services
Removal or minimizing distractions such as crying babies or ringing mobile phones during service
Co-ordinate flow/direction of people during ministrations and specialized services
Liaise with other departments in inter related activities
Meetings are held every last Saturday of the month at 12.00 hour |
*Technical Unit |
Ensures the proper functioning of all electronic/electrical equipment during service
Provides in-house recording studio facilities
Recording of all aspects of the service, especially the Word
Ensure that recorded messages are reproduced to the highest quality on audio and visual format
Make available for sales all authorized recorded material
Meetings are held every second Saturday of the month at 12 pm |
*Drama Team/ Department |
Responsible for painting the scripture in picture in line with the word of life
Responsible for all social and drama activities in the ministry including dancing club etc
Meetings are held every second Saturday of the month at 16 pm |
